VMV 2023

September 27 – 29, 2023

Braunschweig, Germany

Paper & Poster Sessions

All papers are available in the EG digital library.

Presentation Instructions

Due to the high amount of high quality papers and limited number of slots for oral presentations, it was decided to accept some papers as posters only. Those papers are still published in the conference proceedings as full papers, but will be presented only during the poster session and poster fast-forward.

Oral Presentations

A time slot of 20 minutes is available for each paper. The actual talk should not exceed 15 minutes, leaving 5 minutes for discussion.

Poster Presentations

Posters should be in portrait format and A0 dimensions (841 mm x 1189mm). VMV 2023 will take care of the printing and displaying of the posters, thus, we kindly ask the authors to submit their posters via e-mail to vmv2023org@cg.cs.tu-bs.de by the 11th of September, 2023.

Additionally, on Wednesday the 27th and directly before the poster session hosted at the reception location, we will have a poster fast-forward. Authors whose paper is presented as a poster, should prepare a 90 second video and submit it via e-mail to vmv2023org@cg.cs.tu-bs.de by the 18th of September, 2023. All submitted video presentations will be combined into a pre-recorded large one that will be played automatically, so authors will not be able to extend their time on stage. You do not need to add a title slide for your video, we will do so while compiling all presentations. Take this opportunity to convince all attendees why they should definitely visit your poster!
