On-Site Registration
There will be the possibility for on-site registration (Cash only), but we cannot guarantee a bus seat for the reception for on-site registered participants.

Students are PhD students or below enrolled at a university or any other educational institution.
Registration Policy
The registration of participation is binding.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference program may be subject to changes.
Cancellation Policy
In case of a cancellation that reaches us by 23:59 at the latest on 1st August 2023, we will refund the participant fee minus a handling fee of 50,00 Euro.
NO REFUNDS will be made after 1st August 2023.
